There is a 13.38 % lodging tax. With the tax, the average is $146.26 for the four nights. The hotel suite rooms are large, and sharing is recommended. There is no charge for parking, and the resort fee is waived.

Each individual is required to provide a major credit card for first night’s room and tax deposit, which will be charged in order to guarantee accommodations. DEADLINE for the Sons of Norway group rate is 5/20/2024. Reservations received after this date will be confirmed on a space available basis at the prevailing rate.

No pets allowed. Service dogs trained to do work or perform tasks for guests with disabilities are permitted so long as they are housebroken and under the handler’s control.

Despite the Viking Vision theme, no weapons are allowed on site, even if tethered. Props with costumes are okay.

Non-smoking rooms shall remain free of smoke and fumes at all times, including without limitations, smoke/fumes from cigarettes, pipes, vapors, and e-cigs.

Guarantee Policy: 100% of first night charged to guarantee room only. Refundable if cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date. Debit cards are not allowed for deposits.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of the first night’s deposit.
