The Convention and Lodge meeting is taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, June 21-June 23 at the Tuscany Suites Hotel and Casino. This event is co-hosted by Vegas Viking Lodge 6-152and the District Six Board.

This event offers cultural seminars on Friday, June 21 with numerous topics primarily focusing on Viking history, society and culture. Friday also includes a Viking Dinner with a program and an opportunity to have your photo taken by the Vegas Viking long boat. Saturday starts with leadership/membership seminars with topics to assist lodges to be successful. These topics include marketing, strategies for recruiting younger members and presentations from the International Office (IO) on financial, fraternal and foundation updates. Saturday afternoon will include the memorial service with acknowledgement of our fraternal family members who have passed since our last meeting. Then the convention begins with seating of the delegates. Sunday continues with the District Lodge meeting and the Recreation Center meeting. This is also the time to elect your District Board for 224-2026. Sunday Concludes with a banquet.

This is an opportunity to wear your Viking gear on Friday. Network with other lodges. Share ideas. See old friends, make new ones and to enjoy your fraternal family. As a member of Sons of Norway District Six you may attend even if you aren’t a delegate.
